Terms & Conditions

1. Service Scope
Gas United LLC provides licensed and insured services including leak detection, line inspection, system installation, maintenance, and safety checks for residential and small commercial properties. All work will be performed in accordance with applicable codes and safety regulations.
2. Appointments & Access
Clients must ensure safe and clear access to the service location. Missed or delayed appointments caused by client inaccessibility may result in additional charges or rescheduling fees.
3. Estimates & Payments
Quotes provided are estimates only unless otherwise stated in writing. Final costs may vary based on on-site conditions or additional service needs. Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed. Late payments may incur a fee.
4. Cancellations & Refunds
Clients must provide at least 24 hours’ notice for appointment cancellations. Deposits may be non-refundable for late cancellations or no-shows. Refunds are only issued for work not performed, and at the discretion of Gas United LLC.
5. Warranty & Liability
Gas United LLC warrants workmanship for a period of 30 days unless stated otherwise. This warranty excludes damage due to misuse, neglect, third-party interference, or environmental factors. We are not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from system failure or undetected leaks.
6. Safety & Compliance
All installations and repairs must be used in accordance with local, state, and federal regulations. Clients are responsible for continued maintenance and inspection of their systems after service is completed.
7. Limitation of Use
The information provided on our website or in service materials is for general guidance only. It should not be considered a substitute for professional on-site evaluation or emergency services.
